As a part of its operations, each company plans and implements projects at various levels of management, the main goal being to increase the company's value. A common feature of each of them is the need to precisely define the purpose and expectations, to provide appropriate resources and budget necessary for its implementation, and to prepare a project schedule.
Typically, companies are already very well organised, maintain a high level of expertise and have optimised their costs (i.e. there are no irrelevant functions within the organisation). However, they often lack resources, experience, unique competences necessary to carry out development projects independently or to change the way specific, yet non-standard, business goals are organised or worked towards, such as restructuring or reorganisation.
I specialise in building company values in the areas of:
- company development
- sales excellence
- reorganisation
- restructuring
- M&A
- change management
Thanks to relevant competences, long-term and practical management experience, as well as knowledge of project management principles, I help companies in those areas by:
- practical management consultancy – when the problems or expectations of the company have been identified, but solutions have not been worked out yet, it is necessary to structure the activities and prepare the most important initiatives and projects. However, their implementation rests with the company and does not involve a consultant (such projects usually take from two to five months)
- Interim Management – when specific objectives, which have already been identified and structured, must be achieved within a certain period and produce expected results. In such a case, I take on the function of an Interim Manager leading a team of employees from the company, which is responsible for carrying out the entire project and achieving the intended objectives (such projects usually take from several months to several years).
Regardless of the project formula, each of them includes:
- forming a project/task team together with selected employees from the company, who actively take part in the project
- preparing a project schedule
- all necessary analytical work
- preparing initiatives and specific steps that must be implemented during the project
- and/or carrying out the project in accordance with the adopted schedule

What does it mean? "Practical consultancy means suggesting solutions to current problems within an organisation or activities aimed at its further development with the active participation of a task team led by the consultant and consisting of the company's employees.”
|
Who is an Interim Manager? “An Interim Manager is a highly qualified specialist with proven experience in senior management, ready to conclude fixed-term contracts for the duration of specific tasks. On the basis of their knowledge, they suggest changes to the organisation, prepare a detailed action plan and provide assistance in its implementation. Also, in order to implement the previously prepared plan, the Interim Manager, together with a group of other specialists, for some time may take over the management of the company. The goal of their work is always to increase the company's value.” |
