Building and managing companies’ values is my passion.

My motto: “Do the right things – provide customers with unique value” – I have had it for 28 years. It is my motivation to take on exciting, but often difficult business challenges and to search for innovative solutions.

For over 25 years, as a CEO and board member, I have been managing trading, production and service companies in the building and industrial sector. For over 3 years, I have been running managerial projects in practical consultancy and on an Interim Management basis.

I’ve managed branches of both international companies in the CEE region, and family businesses and those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange – with full responsibility for financial results, concentrating on the development of the company (organic growth and M&A), sales and marketing.

I hold a MSc degree in Civil Engineering and completed MBA studies. I speak fluent Polish (native language), German and English.

                 
Since 2015, I have been a member of the Warsaw-based Interim Managers' Association (www.stowarzyszenieim.org)
